We’re hiring a part-time Photographer + Videographer to join our team

You’ll be producing social-first content for brands across different industries, from lifestyle and product shoots to talking heads, reels, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments.

We’re looking for someone who can move fast, adapt visually, and understand how content actually performs online.

What you’ll do

1. Cover client shoots professionally

2. Capture high-quality photo + video content for social platforms

3. Handle lighting, framing, audio, and overall shoot execution

4. Work closely with the creative and strategy teams on set

5. Deliver organized raw content on time

6. Adapt your style depending on the brand, mood, and campaign direction

Shoot environment

1. Average shoot duration: 4–5 hours

2. Indoor + outdoor productions

Requirements

1. Must own professional equipment:

   • Camera

   • Lenses

   • Lighting gear

   • Audio equipment / microphones

2. Experience in social media content production

3. Strong understanding of engaging short-form content

4. Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment

5. Strong communication and teamwork skills

6. Portfolio required

Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary

• Transportation allowance included

• Structure depends on monthly shoot volume

• Compensation scales with workload and number of productions covered
