We're looking for a Multimedia Designer to join the TRBLMKRS team.

This role is built for someone who lives at the intersection of video editing, motion design, and visual storytelling. You'll create social-first content for brands across hospitality, food & beverage, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, healthcare, technology, and more, bringing campaigns to life through engaging edits, thoughtful animation, and strong creative execution.

What you’ll do

  1. Edit high-quality short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  2. Create engaging reels, campaign videos, product showcases, talking heads, and behind-the-scenes content.

  3. Design and animate motion graphics, typography, titles, transitions, and visual assets that elevate each project.

  4. Adapt your editing and motion style to suit different brands, industries, and campaign objectives.

  5. Collaborate closely with our creative directors, designers, strategists, and content creators throughout the production process.

  6. Organize project files and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

  7. Stay up to date with editing techniques, social media trends, and emerging creative tools.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven experience in video editing and motion design.

  2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  3. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

  4. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, sound design, and color grading.

  5. Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.

  6. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

  8. A strong portfolio showcasing your best editing and motion design work is required.

  9. Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows is a plus.
